Ich liebe ihre Workouts für das Minimum an Equipment und die vielen Variationen von Übungen, die ich sonst bisher nirgends gesehen habe!  Gestern waren wir auf einer Hochzeit und der Kcal-Überschuss hat sich in Sachen Power extrem bemerkbar gemacht. 🏋️‍♀️💪💣 Ich hätte sonst von 6 Übungen vermutlich nur 3 geschafft 😉. 〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️ Today I had the most amazing leg session for a very long time! I tried a lot of exercises from my all time favorite fitness youtuber @natacha.oceane and it was KILLER! Her workouts are such a gread inspo with a minimum of equipment! LOVE them! I had so much power today! I think it's because I was in a caloric surplus yesterday because one of my friend married and we had a lod of delicious food. Look at my exhaused sweaty face, haha! 😅

When you feel like quitting, remember why you started and how far you’ve come, thanks to all for the incredible support on this journey⚡️🏋🏻‍♂️. . . - - Great muscle builder for your back! 💪🏼 - This is an exercise that is commonly done incorrectly ❌. In this particular exercise, you experience the weight actually getting heavier the shorter you get your muscle. The more lengthened you are, the less weight due to the joints being stacked. - My advice: ✅ - pick a weight that you can match the output of the exercise. This means to pick a lighter weight that you can spend more time where there is most tension. By slowing the movement down, I am able to focus in and create more tension on my back muscle rather than just moving weight with momentum and "hoping for the best". - You won't get this one first try, and that's ok. Focus on QUALITY > QUANTITY. - ✅ lock down abs - create core stability ✅ full control of load throughout the concentric/eccentric and creating and maintaining a lot of tension ✅ do not be reliant on momentum to move the weight from point A to B - create scapular stability with each rep and maintain tension throughout ROM ✅ focus on creating tension in the target muscle, not impressing others with perceived intensity.

I see a lot of people leaning back excessively and yanking the weight down. I do believe there is such a thing as “too heavy”...You should only move back because you don’t want the bar to hit you in the face🤦🏻‍♂️ - - - ⚠️WORKOUT⚠️ — The lat pulldown is one the best ways to train your back because it allows for the versatility of different grips, bars, and much more‼️ — When taking a look at the lat muscle itself, it takes up most of your back, and even attaches at your arm☝🏼 — With that being said, the key in a lat pulldown is to allow for extension of your arms behind your body🔑 — My favorite way to hit lats is with the pronated (overhand) grip and alternating which arms pull the bar down💪🏼 — To perform this exercise, pull and stop the bar at about forehead height and then drive down one elbow to take over the rest of the load👍🏼 — DO NOT just grab the bar and starting alternating the pull down. You want to engage and bring the elbows down so that both sides are bearing that load into adduction and then from there finish it with with a tilt or “side crunch” 😁 — This variation allows you to get the benefits of the standard overhand vertical pull (straight up and straight down), but then adds the additional extension of the arms behind your body, which is the major key in the lat pulldown👊🏼 — This is important because you want to train the lat (and every muscle) with as many functions as it has. You will immediately feel the difference, I promise! —
