⚠️Dica de Saude!!💪😉 . Por @prof.marceloconrado ・・・ Ao ingerir alimentos palatáveis (doces, frituras e fast food) ocorre uma grande produção do neurotransmissor dopamina na região cerebral. A dopamina ao se ligar em seu receptor (D2) gera a sensação de prazer e ativa o sistema de recompensa, ou seja, quando ingerimos estes alimentos liberados mta dopamina e isso nos deixa feliz e quando os níveis de dopamina cai, lembramos daquilo que é mais eficiente para produzir a dopamina, no caso um doce, pizza, hot dog, bolachas doces etc.. para sentir aquela sensação gostosa de novo. Interessante que ao ingerir estes alimentos de maneira contínua, a produção de dopamina não é a mesma comparado a primeira vez que comeu, e ainda os receptores de dopamina (D2) são reduzidos. Esta condição leva a uma redução no prazer ao comer estes alimentos, fazendo com que o indivíduo coma cada vez mais para sentir a mesma sensação de prazer. Isso explica o motivo qdo uma pessoa entra numa dieta dessa e fica difícil de sair, ela se torna escrava para produzir dopamina rs. Isso não significa que não podemos comer doce, pizza etc.. é importante ter o auto-controle e saber dosar, nao entrar na ingestão contínua, pois isso nos deixa dependentes, muitas pessoas conseguem controlar outras não. Отчасти, потому что потеря мышечной массы может быть вызвана только постоянным и долгим интенсивным (быстрым) бегом, во время которого организм получает энергию преимущественно из гликогена, а не из жиров, как в нашем случае: медленный бег на низком пульсе - энергетический обмен смещен в сторону расщепления жиров. То есть возможная потеря мышечной массы обусловлена лишь тем, что организм израсходовал весь запасенный гликоген, но вы продолжаете бежать быстро, чем провоцируете разрушение мышечной ткани, которая состоит преимущественно из белков. Ведь во время интенсивного занятия организм ищет легкие и быстрые способы получения энергии. Чем меньше интенсивность беговой тренировки, тем меньше вероятность потерять мышечную массу. Но конечно же, минимизировать потерю мышечной массы можно и нужно. Во-первых, продолжайте силовые тренировки и не снижайте рабочие веса. Когда мышцы задействованы, они не будут никуда "уходить". Во-вторых, немного снизьте объемы: число упражнений и их повторений. Ведь вы даете организму дополнительную нагрузку в виде бега. В-третьих, полностью восполняйте потребность организма в белках - основном строительном материале для наших мышц.
