Many days, my mindfulness meditation and my scripture reading totally go hand in hand. He knows when we need downtime, to slow down, to practice patience. Regarding health and moreover, weight loss, we want the quick fix. Ingredientes: 📌 2 huevos 📌 2 taza de harina integral 📌 3/4 taza de leche descremada 📌 1/2 taza de aceite 📌 3 sobre de edulcorantes apto para cocción 📌 3 cdas de polvo para hornear 📌 1 pizca de sal 📌 Esencia de vainilla Preparación: Batir los huevo con la batidora, hasta que estén bien esponjosos, agregar la harina, la leche, aceite, edulcorante, el polvo para hornear, la sal y la esencia de vainilla. I made @slimmingworld flapjack. 40grams oats Heb, Two table spoons of natural yog, an egg, a tablespoon of sweetener and vanilla essence. With 40grams of @skinnyfoodco jam (1 syn) . I mixed it all up and swirled in the jam and cooked in the microwave for 6 1/2 minutes. Leave to cool and harden up. 😋 .. . .

What’s your no. 1 brekkie bowl ingredient (don’t say bananas, that’s mainstream) ? [anzeige] Any secret favs to share we all have to try? I currently am obsessed with silken tofu bowls again! Silken tofu is a different consistency than hard tofu, it’s what asians use in their dessert as well. Since there is no soy yogurt in Australia, I use silken tofu. + A secret ingredient is baobab. It helps to keep the blood sugar levels low + can support and help people with celiac disease. Especially in smoothie bowls and toppings we tend to include a lot of fruits or other sugars. If you have issues of insuline resistance due to hormon imbalances a spike in insuline that doesn’t come down again, can be the reason for overeating, or emotional eating or more PCOS symtoms/weight gain. So I aim at balancing my blood sugar with cinnamon and other secret ingredients whenever I can. + I don’t use ice in these bowls or frozen fruits cause the gut doesn’t love cold fruits. Imagine where cold drinks or bowls have become a trend? - America. (Coke, Milkshakes, Slushs) - And which culture has probably the worst average gut health? 😅 (like for real coca cola has done so many marketing campaigns in india to make them crave ice cold coke- analyzed them in uni) . I go far better with room temperature. And the best bowls don’t melt fast anyways at room temperature (try to put in avocado if you don’t have silken tofu)

Have you ever done this? I know I have. And I’m here to tell you it’s okay. . I do recommend eating only when you get hungry 95% of the time... . But I also do know that sometimes when you have an appointment or need to go somewhere and can’t really pack anything to go-or you just won’t have time to eat it when your gone- that’s where this quote comes in handy for me- and you should consider doing it too! 😅 . But why eat if your not hungry yet? . Like I said in the scenario above, you likely WILL get hungry, and when you do, you likely WILL eat food that is not that great for your body. So if you prep beforehand by eating a healthy snack or satisfying meal, your less likely to get HANGRY and stop at a fast food joint. . Thus, you will save your body from ingesting garbage.. . Mademoiselle @caprice_food m'a donné tellement envie de manger un bowlcake lorsqu'elle a posté sa recette à la patate douce que je lui ai piqué (merci!!!)! Voici le résultat! 🤗 ● Ingrédients : 1 oeuf 100g de fromage blanc 40g de farine de patate douce de chez @nu3_fr 1 cuillère à café de levure Sel/Poivre/Curry/Curcuma ● Recette : Mélanger tous les ingredients dans un bol et faire cuire au micro-ondes pendant 3min. C'est prêt! 😜 Il faut attendre un petit peu avant de démouler le bowlcake dans une assiette car le bol est très chaud en sortant du micro-ondes. 🔥 Recette super simple et hyper rapide les loulous! Vous devez essayer c'est trop bon!
