You shouldn't be resting for too many days even when you still feel sore.⁣⁠⠀ ⁣⁠⠀ That soreness will not go away any faster just because you are "resting".⁣⁠⠀ ⁣⁠⠀ That being said!⁣⁠⠀ ⁣⁠⠀ If your intention for your subsequent workout is to challenge your performance (be it strength or intensity) and you are still feeling super sore, you may want to consider resting a couple more days.⁣⁠⠀ ⁣⁠⠀ That tightness and sore feeling would highly likely affect your ability to contract your muscles and your mobility. This means that your performance would likely take a hit and it would be unwise to challenge your performance when it is already inhibited.⁣⁠⠀ ⁣⁠⠀ In this case, I would recommend changing your next workout to focus more on getting the blood flowing so that you can recover faster. (The same as I have mentioned in the post above.)⁣⁠⠀ ⁣⁠⠀ So how long do you usually experience soreness for? 😁⁣⁠⠀ ⁣⁠⠀ (My legs usually feel the most sore 1 day later 🤣. Dzisiaj wjechał mój klasyczny zestaw na plecy: 1) ściąganie drążka z góry 2) ściąganie w poziomie 3) ściąganie linek wyciągu 4) wiosłowanie (tutaj dowolnie - w opadzie hantlami/sztangą, w podporze o ławkę) 5) ściąganie na maszynie (nazwy nie jestem w stanie podać, swoją drogą porobiło się dużo różnych maszyn do ćwiczenia pleców 😃) Do tego wjechały trzy ćwiczenia na barki, 4 serie na brzuch, a na koniec deserek - 25 minut schody 💪🚶🏼‍♀️ Mega jestem zadowolona z dzisiejszego treningu 😊

I hope you guys love it to! ⠀ ⠀ This workout can be done with only bands, dumbbells, kettle bells, or whatever equipment you have. Ha nem sikerül előre csomagolnom vagy egésznapra megyünk valahova, ahol megromolhatna például a joly joker rizs csirke kombó akkor is olyan ételt keresek, ami belefér az étrendbe vagy legalábbis nem tiszta cukor és felesleges szénhidrát. Ilyenkor sem fogyasztok alkoholt vagy cukros üdítőt, édességet bár néha nehéz megállni amikor már a 10.fagyisnál sincs cukormentes fagyi vagy igazából bármi.. 😠 Ilyenkor elég feszült és csalódott leszek, de tudom hogy mi a célom, így nem eszek mellé! 😘

Fitness is for everyone, and should be accessible in any circumstances! Rather than focusing on the negative with gyms being closed OR following certain guidelines this is an opportunity for us all to embrace a positive change and try something new. I have to admit, I’ve really been enjoying my home workouts, they are time efficient and effective! I have a feeling many us will stick to them... even when gyms reopen! TOP 3 TIPS FOR YOU BELOW: 💫 Create a designated space for your workouts, and ensure you have enough room to correctly perform the exercises. If practical, choose an area away from your bed or the couch, as these are the spaces associated with relaxing. Personalise your area and make it a space you’ll actually enjoy spending time in. By creating a ‘workout space’, you’ll find it easier to create the routine of using it to exercise! 💫 Set goals! You ladies already know how much I believe in goal setting. Take the time to identify some of the things you’d like to achieve and make it your mission to bring them to life. These could be broader goals like exercising 5 times per week, or more specific goals like completing 5 push-ups. Write it down, make a vision board for your home gym, and keep track of your progress! 💫There’s nothing like blasting a great song to put you in the zone for a workout. MONDAY THOUGHTS💭 I realised something today, I realised when I was over weight I compared myself to women who where thin. When I was thin I compared myself to women who where toned. When I was toned I compared myself to women who had muscle growth. When I gained muscle growth I compared myself to women with better muscle growth. Truth is, as women we never stop comparing ourselves to one and other, comparing our selves to someone we think is better than us, when really its our own personal journey.
