Quarantine really made @toningdefinition come back with a different type of vengeance. She purposefully upped my reps from fifteen to twenty five....😩😩 As you can see, she loves to cuss me, and for some strange reason, she thinks that I like it, lool. What i wish my younger self knew:⠀ ⠀ Not being able to fit into size 0-2 does not mean you are fat. It does not determine your value or worth.⠀ ⠀ Having a thigh gap is a ridiculous goal. Like actually so stupid🤦🏼‍♀️. Having a thigh gap does not determine your worth.⠀ ⠀ You will never be the same weight you were in high school. So stop aiming for that. You were a child. You are now an adult.⠀ ⠀ Only having aesthetic goals will leave you disappointed. Have other goals that do not only revolve around how you look. ⠀ ⠀ Venturing off the cardio machines into the weight room is actually the BEST thing you can do for your mental and physical health. You will see more progress getting off the cardio machines and into the weight room.⠀ ⠀ You cannot necessarily see "healthy." You cannot judge if a person is healthy based on their size.
