BREAKFAST & LUNCH 🌟 • Breakfast was a sausage sandwich using 2 slices of ‘no crusts’ bread - part of my HexB. 3 syns for 2 of the 50% reduced fat Morrisons sausages and they’re DELICIOUS. • Lunch was a gorgeous ready meal from @musclefooduk which was coming out on the syns estimator at 10.5 syns but it is literally just chicken, rice, carrot, broccoli and cauliflower so for me? Syn free. SO tasty with sweet chilli sauce 🤤 •

1 point FAIBLE 👎🏻 1 point FORT 👍🏻 Point faible : PISTOLS squat 🤯 Pourquoi ? 🤔 Très raide du bas du dos et des hanches, déséquilibre droite/gauche (différentes pathologies d’épaules qui ont été compensées par le bassin). Résultat : je tombe souvent en arrière en bas du mouvement. Stratégie ? 📈 - Versions simplifiées du mouvement - Temps sous tension en position basse - Tempo d’exécution (ralentir descente) - Progressivité + mobilisation dos/hanches 🧘🏻‍♂️ Objectif ? 🏅 Contrôle du mouvement : pas de genou qui rentre vers l’intérieur ; stabilité plantaire ; remonter sans perte d’équilibre. • Point fort : handstand walk 😏 Pas toujours académique, mais mon père m’a fait travailler ce mouvement très jeune (en bon prof d’EPS —> on dit ATR et pas « poirier »). Facilité pour ce mouvement sans pouvoir l’expliquer ! On continue de le pratiquer, en essayant de parfaire l’exécution ✅ Si vous êtes bon à quelque chose, posez vous les questions : qu’est-ce qui vous empêche d’être meilleur ? I am tired as a MOTHA 🌺 ⠀ . .⠀ 7 weeks postpartum and I’m starting to mentally feel like myself. The sleep deprivation they talk about is real! The on demand feedings especially during a cluster feed//growth spurt are exhausting and overwhelming.⠀ .⠀ .⠀ But some perks! ...⠀ .⠀ .⠀ @getfitfasting and me may be tired, but Baby Web is sleeping for longer stretches some days (nothing consistent yet) - but progress! 😉 ⠀ .⠀ .⠀ We know that when he fusses it means he has to 💩. So we don’t go through a list of guessing what’s happening, which is nice. EC has been a big help with determining that factor very early on for us.⠀ .⠀ .⠀ There is a true smiling forming from my Boy’s face this week. I cried when he showed some enjoyment when I was playing with him. Tears of joy of course (my hormones are still cray).😂⠀ .⠀ .⠀ Little Stewie’s neck is strong 💪🏽⠀ He loves hanging with his parents 👨‍👩‍👦⠀ He’s cooing more and more each day 👶🏽 ⠀ And as of this week he is no longer in newborn diapers! He’s growing so quickly already 😩😊⠀ .⠀ .⠀ Last week I was cleared to exercise, so I’ve picked back up with running and core training to start. It’s only week two and I’m already feeling stronger than I did last week in the core, with my run, and in my hips. By the end of the pregnancy I had stopped running for cardio due to discomfort in my hips. After birth, that discomfort lingered (but I only feel it with certain stretches and movements). ⠀ This week I feel it less during my runs, and the more I work on my core and mobility, the stronger and more stable the hip is getting. Progress! ⠀ .⠀ .⠀

PWO! Är med på @powerbylisa och @lindafswe utmaning bättre kost fram till midsommar🌼🌿 Det är väl ganska individuellt det här med vad man tycker är nyttigt och onyttigt. Idag gjorde jag en ostkaka som jag tycker är nyttig. 👩‍🍳I ostkakan är det superminikeso, ägg, 2msk vetemjöl, minimjölk och hackad mandel. Och till den brukar jag ha 40%ig vispad grädde och körsbärssylt, MEN idag vispade jag ihop proteinpudding o hallonkesella och åt med osockrade hallon till☺. Jag känner mig duktig som valde bort både fet grädde och sockersylten. Det var smaskens ändå.
