Balance is finding your inner peace. It’s as simple as accepting the beauty of life as is. It is being at peace consists of embracing change and being able to let go of things that no longer serve you. Our own type of balance will continue to shift and change for us throughout our lives. It’ll never stay the same, just like we never stay the same person. Always continuing to evolve and grow, the same goes for our type of peace and balance that we need. Currently: balance to me is dancing all night long, and practicing yoga the next morning. Drinking wine, but not forgetting my green juice. It’s not feeling guilty for taking the extra day off from the gym because my body craves rest. It’s eating chocolate when my heart wants it, and eating kale salad when my body needs it. It’s wearing high heels on Saturday, and walking barefoot on Sunday. It embracing and loving all sides of who I am. It’s okay to be a mix of bold, loving, brave, loud, patient, kind, loyal, respectful, and so on. As long as your in harmony with yourself, it’ll reflect in the world around you. As important as goals are to have: make sure to find your balance along the journey. Make your own rules, follow your heart, and live to standards you set for yourself. Don’t let another’s version of who you should be —shake your balance. Stay true and in alignment with what’s right for you, who you currently you are, and who you feel you are meant to be. . . .

Lo prometido es deuda 🙋🏽‍♀️ no me olvidé de los que me pedisteis receta, pero yo suelo aparecer por aquí tarde 🤷🏽‍♀️ (me voy a dejar de polladitas para ponerlo bonito) Hice un sofrito con muy poco aceite, zanahoria, cebolla, pimiento rojo, champis. Puse en remojo la soja texturizada con comino, cúrcuma, jengibre y ajo en polvo. Cuando el sofrito estaba listo añadí la soja escurrida y mezcle todo bien. Pique en una picadora varios tomates pera y lo añadí a la sartén, le puse sal, más ajo y más comino y deje a fuego bajo-medio unos 10 minutos, luego añadí 2 cucharadas más o menos de tomate frito con aove (que lo compró así) para que el de textura y sabor. La pasta previamente cocida (obviamente) y mezclamos todo 😬 me supo a gloria 😝 ale ahora a pasar buena tarde 🙋🏽‍♀️

💥 A lot of bodybuilders hate taking rest days as they feel like they're missing out on potential gains by not being in the gym. We need to remember, though, that gains are made outside of the gym; you grow when you're recovering! Therefore, don't think of it as a "rest" day, but rather, a "recovery" day to give it more purpose. Get some extra sleep. Make sure your food and water intake is on point. Do some meditation or yoga. Take the time you saved from your workout and use it to promote better recovery and overall growth. Just because it's a rest day doesn't mean it's a waste day.

Most of the fiber has been removed from these foods. Fiber is what helps improve blood sugar control, helps you feel full and feeds your good gut bacteria. It's pretty important stuff! La anterversión y la retroversión son dos movimientos característicos de la articulación de la pelvis sobre la cadera. La cintura pélvica está formada por tres estructuras óseas: dos huesos iliacos, simétricos entre ellos, y una estructura central que los une, que es el sacro. ¿Porqué es tan importante la cintura pélvica? Esta es la base del tronco, es la estructura encargada de transmitir la fuerza del peso, que pasa a través de la 5ª vertebra lumbar, y se divide en dos partes iguales hacia el sacro, la cavidad cotiloidea y el cuello femoral. Моё мнение по этому поводу. ⠀ Считаю, обращать внимание стоит, если критика конструктивна и совершенно не стоит брать на свой счёт, если конструктива нет. ⠀ Чтобы понять степень конструктива и его отсутствия, нужно улавливать цель человека, который вас критикует. Какова она? Вас хотят сделать лучше или на вас собрались паразитировать? Чем больше общения с людьми — тем больше опыта в том самом понимании и распознавании целей. ⠀ Практикуя, образуются нейронные связи и «считывание» поведения людей происходит автоматически. Важный навык. ⠀ В общем и вообще, каждый научный деятель вам скажет, что восприятие любых процессов и ситуаций человеком, зависит от его мышления. Каким образом реагирует человек сиюминутно «на жизнь» зависит от уже имеющихся нейронных связей, точнее умственных навыков, установок, процессов в мозге. ⠀ Проще говоря, человек реагирует имеющимся пережитым опытом и теми вывода, которые были сделаны, что и формирует его мышление в итоге. ⠀ Темы, которым стоит уделить время и довести до оптимального адаптационного состояния: ваша самооценка, удовлетворенность собой и своей жизнью, влияние мнения людей на вас. ⠀ Если эти, как минимум, три темы ещё не решены и в дисбалансе в вашем мышлении — этим стоит заняться, так как здорового восприятия не будет. ⠀ Как всего этого достичь — другой вопрос. Наука. Нейробиология. Знания и наблюдения. Практика. Действовать. Планомерно и последовательно. Вдумчиво. ⠀
