-BOSU Ball Battle Rope Slam (50): Another explosive move, but this time for the lats and shoulders. Adding a BOSU ball to create an unstable surface forces your quads, hamstrings glutes and core to also become engaged and creating a sense of “explosiveness under control” in your motor systems

-Banded Kettlebell BOSU Ball Pushups (10): On the contrary to the pervious two exercises, this one is slow, focusing on the full range of motion and muscles that should be activated during a pushup (Great for destabilizing). Adding the loop band around your forearms makes it more difficult to keep your balance on top for he kettlebells, forcing you to engage your upper back muscles throughout the entire range of motion. This exercise will not only set your chest on fire, but also your traps, posterior deltoids and core😅
