Complacency breeds mediocrity and steals potential! No. I haven't reached my peak and i don't have thousands of accomplishments or flashy jewelry or stacks of cash to flaunt all my successes to the world however I do have abandoned denial. I realized my fears and accepted them throughout the years. Some I've conquered and the rest... Well, Im coming for you but one thing is for sure - nothing exterior to me will ever take command of me. Where did we go wrong? How did we become filled with complacency and mediocrity? When performing all these 4 workouts on your biceps day, you will have fully covered all areas of your biceps as each of the workouts targets the muscle head differently. ════════════ I personally wouldn’t say you need a BANG ON ACCURATE form for these workouts but as long you perform the movement properly by contracting the muscles on the eccentric phase and have slow, controlled reps, then you’re all good with muscle growth.😜 ════════════ With biceps, it’s all about getting the proper contraction, instead of lifting really heavy as a lot tend to think it promotes fast muscle growth but it really doesn’t. So, here’s my TOP TIPS for biceps: -Forget that you need to lift heavy, FOCUS ON SQUEEZING THE MUSLES. -Slow down your movement but, CONTROL THE NEGATIVE REP. -STOP exhausting your arms on that one day. SPREAD IT OUT AND TRAIN THEM AT LEAST 3 times a week. -Try and focus on HIGH REPS, which would result in having the MAXIMUM PUMP in your arms. -Don’t stick to the BASIC workouts for biceps.
