ארוחת ערב ללא פחמימות מכה שנית 😜 והפעם גלילות חצילים: לפרוס חציל לאורך, לפרוסות דקות, לרסס במעט ספריי שמן לפזר מלח גס ובזיליקום מיובש ולהכניס לתנור שחומם ל200 מעלות עד שהחצילים מתרככים. נתן להם להתקרר ובינתיים נכין את המילוי: קופסת קוטג, חצי קופסת ריקוטה, ביצה, גבינה בולגרית (השתמשתי בשל המושבה היא 5% שומן והיא מושלמת! רכה ועם טעם ומרקם אמיתי של גבינה), נתבל במלח, פלפל ואגוז מוסקט. נכין רוטב עגבניות פשוט- נטגן כוסברה קצוצה ושום כתוש, נוסיף עגבניות ונתבל במלח, פלפל ומעט פפריקה. נשאר רק לגלגל, להוסיף את הרוטב ולתנור חג שמח 🌸 . .

• Roasted Salmon with Braised Vegetables • The challenge this Easter weekend was cooking for my father-in-law who is a bonafide meat lover. So after polling my in-laws on what they’d eat, I decided to make a roasted salmon with braised spring veggies and an herbalicious pesto. The surprisingly delightful aspect is the tenderness of braised vegetables: fork-tender radishes, asparagus, and peas in a fresh lemony thyme sauce. The salmon was simply covered with olive oil/S&P and roasted at 425F for 11 minutes. The veggies maybe took 15 minutes? Sautéed a shallot and a garlic clove with a half cup of veggie broth, adding a bunch of washed and quartered radishes. Add in the zest of 1 orange and 1 lemon, thyme, and a bay leaf or two. Cooked for ~4 minutes with the lid on, then added in the asparagus spears (2 bunches), cooked for ~5 minutes (lid on). Then added in about a half a bag of frozen peas, and put the lid back on to cook for another 6-8 minutes. Voila - perfectly cooked and flavored veggies. I brushed the plate with my basil-spinach pesto, then layered the veggies on top, which was a bed for the salmon. Easy spring dinner with plenty of flavor and visual appeal! Some days I do it no problem others I look back and realise I might be a bit short. But if you eat these three recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner you will have nailed it. Breakfast - Rye and vanilla malt overnight oats, the recipe is below. Lunch - Fennel, green olive and herb freekeh Dinner - Massaman curry Makes 2 bowls For the overnight oats 80g rolled oats 50g rye flakes 1 apple 1 lemon 200ml almond milk (or milk of your choosing) In the morning 1 tsp barley malt or maple syrup 2 ripe peaches A dollop of Greek yoghurt A handful of almonds, toasted and roughly chopped 1 Before bed, mix the oats and rye flakes in a bowl with the zest of half the lemon and the milk. Grate the apple into a little bowl and squeeze over a tiny bit of lemon juice and toss to stop browning then add to the oats. Cover and put in the fridge overnight to soak. 2 In the morning, sweeten the oats with a drizzle of barley malt or maple syrup and mix well. 3 Divide between two bowls and slice the peaches over the top. Finish with a dollop of Greek yoghurt and some chopped almonds.

🚨hi, I’m back! 🚨 and with air fryer recipes, woot woot 🙌🏻 made a quick lunch this afternoon of a vegetarian quesadilla & veggies using my @ninjakitchen air fryer and skillet. Took 15 mins to put everything together, just what I need when studying! . . For the quesadilla I first sliced bell peppers + onions up, tossed them in some olive oil and added taco seasoning - put them in the air fryer for 10 minutes @ 325, mixing them up half way through. Then I put one @latortillafactory corn tortilla in a pan greased with @kerrygoldusa butter, topped the tortilla with the onion/pepper mixture and added fresh shredded cheese. Topped with another tortilla and cooked on each side for ~two minutes. For the veggies 🥕🥦 I sliced them up, tossed in some olive oil + s&p and cooked them at 325 for 12 mins, checking and tossing half way through. Add everything to a plate with salsa (this is a corn and black bean salsa from @walmart — super yummy!) and 💥 lunch!

Фалафель с авокадо в лаваше со шпинатом. Сложность: 40 минут (+время на замачивание нута: не менее 10 часов). Ингредиенты: 100 граммов нута; 50 граммов краснокочанной капусты; ½ авокадо; 1 маленькая морковка; 1 лист салата; 1 веточка петрушки; 1 чайная ложка лимонного сока; 1 столовая ложка муки зеленой гречки; 20 ложек оливкового масла; 1 чайная ложка прованских трав; 1 зубчик чеснока; ½ чайной ложки сока лимона; ½ чайной ложки соды; ½ небольшого сладкого перца (для начинки); 3 листика шпината. Как готовить: Замочить нут часов на 10-15. Перед приготовлением, выложить в дуршлаг, дав стечь воде, затем переложить на бумажные полотенца для удаления лишней влаги. Измельчить нут в блендере, с добавлением лука, чеснока, зелени и специй. В получившуюся массу добавить соду, пригашенную лимонным соком и тщательно перемешать добавив небольшое количество муки, до однородности фарша. Затем, емкость накрыть крышкой и оставить на 30 минут. Далее, влажными руками скатать шарик нужного размера, сделать в нем углубление, заполнить его небольшим количеством мелко нарезанного сладкого перца, запечатать и снова покатать в ладонях для восстановления формы шарика. Затем сплющить, придать ему форму котлеты. Жарить с двух сторон до румяного цвета в большом количестве масла. Получившуюся котлету выложить на бумажное полотенце, дав впитаться излишкам масла. После чего выложить фалафель на лаваш, добавить порезанный пластинами авокадо, мелко пошинкованную краснокочанную капусту, смешанную с потертой на крупной терке морковкой, шпинат, лист салата и петрушку. Приятного аппетита!

Jackfruit was one those vegetable which I did not like much in my childhood..my mom used to make normal jackfruit curry. Apart from that curry i was not knowing that it can be used in so many dishes. These kebab’s idea came in my mind from my wife ankita who belongs to UP and in that part of india jackfruit is the king. There are so many different recipes and dishes of jackfruit which I can’t even imagine. One of those is kathal k kebabs. So easy yet so delicious. Melt in mouth kebabs made of jackfruit. Boil your pasta and prepare sauce 2. Sauté onion and garlic for 1 minute 3. Add in zucchini’s, mushroom, and sauce and sauté for another 5-8 min 4. Add in kale and sauté for 1-2 min until kale is wilted. 5. Combine veggie mixture with pasta and mix until well combined ENJOY ❤️

Hace dias hice esta recetita y me la reclamasteis asi que os la traigo en 3,2,1!!!!! . 👩🏼‍🌾Ingredientes: 📍Avena molida 📍2 berenjenas asadas 📍Queso de cabra 📍Sal 📍Hierbas provenzales . 👩🏼‍🍳Paso a paso: 📍Utilicé dos berenjenas medianas más bien pequeñas y con un cuchillo les hice bastantes agujeritos por todas las berenjenas y las puse al horno 20-30 min/180 grados. 📍Mejor vigiladlas y una vez estén echas, sólo tenéis que pelarlas y chafarlas en un bowl. (Utilizamos el relleno, no piel) 📍Añade sal, hierbas provenzales y avena molida. Fusiona todos los ingredientes hasta que quede una especie de pasta y dejala reposar 5-10 min. 📍Corta a trocitos pequeños queso de cabra y una vez hagas una bolita introduce en el medio un trocito de queso y escondelo muy bien jejejeje 🤤 📍Una vez las tengas, ponlas en una bandeja con papel vegetal previamente engrasado con un pelin de AOVE y al hornoooo! . . Espero que os súper gusten, ya me diréis si las hacéis. La verdad que el queso le da un toque súper rico y es una comida súper rica, sana y nutritiva. Opción saludable mejor que mejor ✨🥰 . Happy Monday 💕 What better way to kick off the new week than with a big bowl of nature's candy! 🤗 . Do you enjoy eating fruits? I see so many people who don't and it's always a shock! I think learning to appreciate fruits and vegetables is something we should teach children at an early age. If you have a hard time getting your kids to eat fruits on their own, prepare it for them on a platter like this. That's what my mom used to do. Every day at 5 pm when I sat down to watch TV after finishing my homework, I was rewarded with a big bowl of fruits 🍊🍇🍎🍌🍒 I couldn't be more thankful to my mom for instilling healthy eating habits in us from an early age! These are the habits that stick with you your entire life, so definitely worth the extra time and effort 🙌🏼

Bonsoir Photo vilaine car le temps s’y prête bien. Il ne fait pas froid, il fait même plutôt chaud. Mais le vent qui souffle et les gris nuages me donnent envie de chaleur. Ce soir je me suis préparé une sorte de chili (qui n’a presque rien d’un chili mais je ne sais pas comment le qualifier 😅) à base de chair de tomates et de haricots rouges légèrement écrasés, avec du quinoa et beaucoup (beaucoup) d’épices en tous genre. Je l’ai servi avec des carottes 🥕 rôties au four, elles aussi aux épices, ainsi que de la salade de mâche ! Sur ce, je retourne me plonger dans mon bol devant Game Of Thrones 🥳❤️ . . . . .

Il m'arrive d'ajouter ma quiche préférée au homemade brunch : chèvre épinards 🐐 ce qui me plaît dans la quiche, c'est qu'il en reste toujours pour le lendemain, et sa préparation ne me prend que 15 min 😏 Et voici la recette : .1 rouleau de pâte brisée. . 1 boîte d'épinards. .3 oeufs. .3càs de crème fraîche. .1 rouleau de chèvre long. .sel/poivre/thym. Petit tips qur j'adore : j'étale un peu de moutarde à l'ancienne sur la pâte brisée avant d'ajouter ces ingrédients. . . Préparation : .Préchauffez le four à 200°c. Tapissez un moule à tarte de la pâte brisée et réservez. Faites cuire vos épinards dans une casserole d'eau bouillante salée. . .Pendant ce temps, dans un saladier, mélangez les oeufs, les 3 cuillères à soupe de crème fraîche épaisse, le sel et le poivre à l'aide d'un fouet plat. . .Egouttez bien les épinards. Versez-les ensuite sur le fond de tarte. . .Ajouter la préparation du saladier. . Coupez des lamelles de 1 cm d'épaisseur de la bûche de chèvre puis répartissez-les tout autour de la tarte et placez-en quelques-unes au centre. . .Mettez au four pendant environ 30 minutes en surveillant la cuisson. . . . .
