**STORY TIME** So recently I found out that someone who works out at a gym I used to frequent asked @pedrovargas_93 to come lift with him. Harmlessly I assume. But once he had him there he began to question Pedro about the way that I train. He stated that he doesn't understand why I train the way I do and went on to tell Pedro that he doesn't see the need for deadlifts. Now, I don't care about him questioning my training methods. I get it, I'm a fucking unicorn. But what does bother me is that he made Pedro (though he won't admit it) question if he's training the right way. Why do people care so damn much? I mean really how I train doesnt affect that guy at all. And I'd also be happy to tell him if he asked me. He can come ask me. Or you know, he can just go fuck himself. Anywho, if you made it this far thanks. Go buy some shit from my friend Colleen over at @repsoverrest . I ain't no ambassador or nothing. I just like it and shes nice. Ever focused. Better than yesterday. . . .

Kettlebell workout 💪 Few precautions while working out with kettlebell: - You need to pick the right kettlebell. The handle should be wide enough so that you can grip it with both hands without having them overlap. -During a kettlebell workout, your hips, not your back, should absorb the force of the kettlebell.
