A lot of people ask me if I get paid for my internship and that is a hard no. To become a dietitian you must complete A dietetic internship of 1200 unpaid supervised practice hours in food service, community and clinical nutrition. My program luckily allows us to get a speciality rotation, which mine is sports nutrition! On top of my internship I am a full time Masters of Science in Clinical Dietetics Student. Many people are not huge fans of their jobs or career choice but I can honestly say I love this field.
