Core work on this beautiful Tuesday! • One of my favorite pieces of equipment to work my abs is the universal bench. You can use it multiple ways! Can use it as a decline, incline or flatten it out to be straight. • ➰Tips for abs! 🔺We all know seeing abs start in the kitchen not just working the crap out of them in the gym! Clean up your diet & drink water! Have to lower your body fat to see those abs! 🔺Make sure your form is correct! You will see in the video above I point out the arch that tends to happen naturally. Make sure it is flat on the bench or ground! 🔺Engage your core in everything NOT just while your training it! Use it daily for your posture & all exercises in the gym! Should be engaging that core a lot more than just ab day! • You don’t need to make workouts complicated if you are engaging muscles correctly! Muscle connection was on point for this one yesterday & mannn am I sore today! Give some of these a try! 🔹SQUEEZE that core the entire time people!! Just going through the motions in these isn’t going to do anything except Ben a few calories! 1️⃣3 part sit ups- down, up half way, down, up all the way, down half. You get the point! 😊 2️⃣Core twists-try to stay at a 90 degrees 3️⃣Straight arm twists- more advanced but love these! Twist back & forth as your moving up & down! 4️⃣Bicycles- drive your knee to your chest- keep back flat 5️⃣Reverse crushes- always been a favorite of mine! Get that booty off the bench & can add in a twist at the end to engage the obliques 6️⃣Straight leg scissor kicks • ✨Hope some of those tips help & the workout gives you some new ideas for exercises! It never is about motivation. Motivation is ephemeral, one day you'll be super motivated, have plenty of time and going to the gym is easy. But that will change. There will inevitably be days where you'll see it as a chore to complete once all other chores are done. So, you cannot and should not rely on motivation alone, or you will fail. Then what is left? Discipline. Make a calendar. Three times per week you'll set up times for when your ass belongs in the gym, and nothing short of pestilence, cholera and ebola can prevent you from going. You have to make this your habit, a habit you'll cancel other plans to do and always set first. That is discipline, and if you have what it takes, you will be successful.

What's your story? Emotional eating is real and a struggle for many women. We have so many choices and what is right for you? Sugar addiction, binging, yo-yo dieting, low carb, high fat, intemittent fasting....and the list goes on and on. It's all a bit confusing and ovwerwhelming. Would you like to simplify your life with a lifestyle plan to help you succeed? Most importantly we need to slow down and figure out what's going on in our head that is hindering our weight loss goals. How can you overcome your mindset and have tools to deal with your daily struggle? How can the tools and education I provide help you move forward? What I enjoy most is helping others change their life. I believe change comes daily and it's not intended to be intimidating or confusing. If you are ready to make a change I can't think of a better time to start your own journey. I've spent at least 5 hours this past week studying a new nutrition program. I have many more hours of studying, but it's what I enjoy and it's how I empower others to make changes. I like learning more about food and how it fuels our bodies, but I what I like most is diving into the emotional side of food and eating and how I can help others. My online exclusive group starts this week on Thursday March 22nd. The group takes place online and you will also have one on one calls with me. My goal is to keep our group to 10 ladies since we struggle the most. I will have a few questions for you to see if this is a good time for you and a "good fit". The time you commit to the program is up to you, but your dedication is worth is because you are worth it. It's take to make a change.
