This is exactly what we're about 🙌🏼. The 80/20 rule. Cutting out all the naughty stuff 🍕🌭🍔🍟 is not realistic and not sustainable. Today is my cheat day so my 20% naughty will be today. 😋 This is the reason I don’t like the word diet, it sends out negative vibes & makes you think you have to totally restrict yourself. For example, if your favourite food is a burger 🍔 but your diet won't let you anywhere near one, not only are you restricting yourself from the things you love, but your happiness is being crushed. 😭 While some people think "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels", we beg to differ - in our humble opinion burgers taste as good as skinny feels. That’s why T12 uses the word Lifestyle 🙌🏼 Use the 80/20 rule in your lifestyle, stay active 🏋🏼‍♀️ & drink plenty of water 💧& you’ll live a happy, healthy life. Why make yourself miserable?... This is the best example. Like I always said: The workout is the easiest part but testing your body with the nutrition is what really going to change your physique. Think about that you still a baby. A baby eat every 2 or 3 hours. Fuck the fast food that’s garbage. Eat real food, be on point with your meal, cook everyday and don’t make any excuse.

🌺 GOÛTER 🌺 . Weekend Eating 🍽 . Let’s face it, on weekends we usually don’t eat AS clean as we do Monday-Friday. But that’s ok! So long as you avoid cheat DAYS and instead incorporate a cheat meal or two, you can stay on track and meet your goals. I 100% still track my calories no matter how badly I may go into a surplus on the weekend. One way I like to make room for extra calories is to throw in an extra cardio session which will allow me to consume more calories than normal. (Extra 200 cals burned on treadmill = 200 cals of pizza I can eat without going over goal) Also, I’ll keep my daytime meals cleaner. Less bread / carbs at breakfast and lower calorie snacks throughout the day which will save me more calories to have for date night or dessert after dinner! One way to avoid empty cals is to simply drink water, tea or black coffee all day. Sugary drinks rack up the calories and are really just a waste (wouldn’t your rather have a burger and fries?! ) just saying Swipe over to check out an example of a full (weekend) day of eating. How To Keep Your Results Once You Finish Your Diet ------------------------------------------- This is a big problem for beginners and even some of the more experienced dieters. You crush a diet, get great results, then the diet ends..... now what? ------------------------------------------- There are typically two primary mistakes that lead to the loss of most or all progress accumulated during the diet. ------------------------------------------- 1. They don't know what to do so they simply keep dieting. The resulting psychological and physiological stress soon leads to a complete departure from dieting and dietary restraint. This often leads to a significant backslide. ------------------------------------------- 2. They are relieved to be done and immediately drop dietary restraint and structure which once again often lesds to a loss of their hard earned progress. ------------------------------------------- One of the most effective ways i've utilized came by recommendation through @rpdrmike who advocates setting your calories at a maintenance and taking a 1-3 month maintenance period. Under most circumstances my opinion is that 2-3 months is yeilds better results and 1 month is typically reserved for very experienced individuals. I personally take 2-3 month diet breaks, so be hardcore and error on the side of caution. Keep in mind this is not the final product of your labors, it's simply one iteration. ------------------------------------------- Once the break is over, you can begin your next diet. But how do you determine your maintenance calories? Again i use Dr. Mike's recommendations. Take your current caloric intake, then calculate your estimated maintenance and take the average. So if you are currently taking in 2500kcal and your estimated maintenance is 3000kcal set your new target to 2750kcal. ------------------------------------------- Initial fluctuations in weight may occur for numerous reasons but typically equalize over the span of a few weeks.

Pode ser o peso que você tinha há alguns anos atrás, pode ser o peso que algum profissional de saúde disse que você deveria pesar, ou pode ser só um número que você escolheu acreditando que se sentirá bem com esse peso. . Entenda que nem sempre esse “peso ideal” é um peso viável pra você. Existe um peso que você consegue manter facilmente e existe um peso que você precisa fazer um grande esforço para manter. O peso viável é aquele que você se sente bem e consegue manter sem manobras mirabolantes. . Nem sempre o que você considera “ideal” é viável. Escute seu corpo. Entenda que essa idealização não pode estar acima da sua saúde mental. . Se estiver difícil, procure um psicólogo.
