Får ta en kurs i att filma. Rygg/core varvades på dagens pass. Ingen dötid mellan set. Vissa övningar kördes tungt med få reps och andra mer normalt 8-12 reps. Naturligtvis cardio också, lite intervaller. Gårdagens benpress pass får ses som ett misslyckande, känns inte alls idag. Gör om gör rätt.

[ Happy Saturday babes 🌸 Almost 3 weeks into the challenge, so it’s time for a little update 🦈 I finally managed to get completely back on track with my nutrition after the holidays! Not gonna lie it was kind of hard cause my sweet tooth is the absolute worst, but now I’m back to my 80/20 life and it’s great 🥗🍪 - On the flexibility side I’ve been working really hard and my scorpion is looking so much better! I still need to work on my left shoulder flexibility a bit more tho. But I will eventually get there 🤸🏽‍♀️ - I said I was going to dedicate at least 15 min to meditating in the morning, instead of jumping into my phone as soon as I woke up! And to be honest I don’t know why I didn’t do this before! Before I say something about this workout I have to say that just before I finished it I saved a young boy’s life crossing the road hypnotized by his phone 📱. Cars were going fast and he didn’t realise, I had to shout at him and he managed to avoid to get hit by a car. I don’t care if you are 24/7 on he phone, but at least be aware where are you going to and where you are stepping on. Bloody hell!!! I was scared!!! Well... everybody is safe and the workout was crazy I did on my running route about 4 different stops to do hit training. That’s way my average pace is very high.
